As part of the Foundation Center's 50th anniversary celebration November 9, 2006, at the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian in New York, the center convened "A Symposium on the Future of Philanthropy: A Conversation with Five Leaders in the Field." Meyer Foundation President Julie Rogers joined fellow emeritus trustees of the Foundation Center for the conversation.
