Meyer Grantee Speaks on WAMU

Manuel Ochoa, Regional Director of Homeownership for Latino Economic Development Corporation, a Meyer grantee, spoke on WAMU radio about the need for reform of the foreclosure process. Ochoa argued that federal foreclosure reduction programs must focus more on principal reduction. He shared the story of Jose Ugarte, an LEDC client and Silver Spring resident.
