Megan Greenwell

Communications Assistant

Megan is responsible for updating the Meyer Foundation's web site and creating its monthly e-newsletter. Prior to joining the Foundation, she was a reporter for The Washington Post, covering education, philanthropy and the war in Iraq. Megan currently works as a freelance writer in addition to her responsibilities at Meyer, writing about social issues and other topics. Originally from Berkeley, Calif., she holds a bachelor's degree from Barnard College at Columbia University, where she edited the Columbia Daily Spectator and competed on the university's varsity fencing team.
